Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Paws Peptides. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Our Services

Paws Peptides ("we," "our," or "the Platform") provides educational coaching and safety guidance for pet owners researching pet peptides. We are not a veterinary practice, pharmacy, or prescribing service. We do not provide veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, peptide sourcing, or emergency care.

2. No Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR)

Paws Peptides does not create a veterinarian-client-patient relationship (VCPR), diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or replace your own veterinarian. Our guidance may include:

• Educational onboarding/guidance call if accepted
• Education about peptide concepts and safety considerations
• Review of information you provide about your pet's history
• Tracking templates and questions to discuss with your own veterinarian

You are responsible for working with your own veterinarian for exams, diagnostics, diagnosis, treatment, and medication decisions.

3. No Medical Treatment or Outcome Guarantee

Paws Peptides does not manufacture, compound, dispense, source, ship, sell, recommend vendors for, or prescribe peptides or medications. Any medical decision involving your pet belongs with your veterinarian.

5. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be the legal owner or authorized caretaker of the pet
• Understand that our program is educational and not veterinary care
• Have access to reliable internet for online guidance sessions
• Provide accurate and complete information about your pet

6. Payment and Refunds

Program Fees:

• Payment is required at enrollment or booking
• Fees are non-refundable once the guidance onboarding has taken place
• Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment
• If we cannot accommodate your guidance program enrollment, you will receive a full refund

No Medication Transactions: Paws Peptides does not sell medications or coordinate pharmacy fulfillment.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your pet
• Disclose all known medical conditions, allergies, and current medications
• Follow medical instructions provided by your own veterinarian
• Report any adverse reactions or concerns promptly
• Attend scheduled guidance sessions or cancel with appropriate notice
• Work with your own veterinarian for diagnosis, treatment, and medication decisions
• Not treat educational content as personalized veterinary medical advice

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paws Peptides is not liable for:

• Any adverse reactions, treatment outcomes, or damages arising from choices made outside your veterinarian’s care
• Medical decisions made by your own veterinary providers
• Technical issues that may affect guidance sessions
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Pet health decisions involve inherent risks, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Paws Peptides or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to our platform, other users, or veterinary professionals.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall take place in Florida.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
